The Residency Signature Madurai

Very new, with a Japanese WC

Staff didnt give the right information of Madurai temple, they informed it was closed, whereas i was able to access it easily

The property is still very new, operated 4 months ago and pretty well maintained. The family room is big and quite modernised equipments and toilet mechanism. They uses Toto toilet bowl and everything is very friendly to use. The staff services are superb. To name a few, Especially at the restaurant, Chithirai. Great food and great service by Mr Varghese. He is very attentive, smiley and friendly. Chief Concierge, Mr Pankaj, is also fantastic. He resolved our food problem and have the restaurant to serve us Ala Carte food even though we are an hour shy of the restaurant opening! The service in all areas, Including front desk and house keeping are great. They go out of the way to make our stay very comfortable. Beds, pillows are all very comforyable. The air-conditioning ans sofa ate great too. Tried their laundry service - thumbs up! There is a gym in the hotel with very advance equipment. They also have a PT on-site! Will definitely return to stay here!

Nothing!

1. Rooms are big and fully automated. 2. Cleanliness is good. 3. No noise in rooms, given the proximity to the airport.

1. Hot water in the shower was not available at night and in the morning! When we told the reception in the morning, the reception staff stated in a matter-of-fact manner that hot water was not there for the entire hotel due to some issue. No apology or timeline for repairs.

Excellent
