Meget rent og pænt. Fremstod meget nyt. Der var mulighed for at lave mad selv og der var opvaskemaskine.

Låsene og dørene var meget besværlige at låse op og åbne. Der manglede hygge og akustikken i rummen var træls.

The location is absolutely perfect—a 10-minute walk to the train station and even closer to the city center and the waterfront. ​The online check-in process was a tiny bit annoying, but not too bad. Check-in at the property was a dream: very easy to find the place and get in. The property looks exactly as it does in the pictures, and the view is unreal. ​The layout of the apartment was quite nice, with lots of storage space, clean sheets and towels, and both the couch and the bed are pretty comfy. I loved the fact that we had two waters waiting in the fridge, ice for our drinks, and all the plates, forks, and glasses you could need. The elevator did not give us a headache, which is a nice plus in Italy! ​Very good communication with the property supervisors; they answered very fast and were very kind. As for the city, we fell in love with it! It's very walkable and offers a lot of different restaurants, stores, and attractions (we recommend 'Wow Pasta' for food). It is also very close by train to Lugano, Switzerland, which we also visited.

What was missing was a general-purpose disinfectant that wasn't anywhere to be found, we got one and left it there, there was not enough toilet paper, and the place could have been cleaned a little bit better. But was not dirty by any means ​Another thing that is an absolute must is adding a table on the balcony. The chairs from inside can be used on the balcony to read or have a glass of wine, but there is no place to put your things. A triangle table positioned just right should avoid any possible accidents and offer so much for that perfect balcony, as sitting on a balcony in Italy after a long day is an experience in itself. Please consider this.

The only thing was the long registration before check-in . I felt like I had to tell my life story before I can check in .
