Me gustó mucho la habitación privada que reservé. Era súper cómoda, amplia, muy limpia y, sobre todo, no había nada de ruido, así que pude descansar muy bien. Durante los cuatro días de mi estancia no necesité pedir limpieza ni cambio de toallas, porque la habitación tenía todo lo necesario para estar cómoda durante esos días. Además, en el baño había un aparato para secar las toallas, lo cual me pareció muy práctico. También pedí una plancha y una tabla de planchar y me las facilitaron sin problema. En general, tuve todo a la mano y la habitación resultó muy cómoda para mi estancia.

Creo que podrían mejorar la información que proporcionan sobre las opciones de transporte público cercanas al hotel. El día que me iba descubrí que la línea de bus 26 pasaba prácticamente por la puerta, algo que habría sido muy útil saber desde el primer día y me habría ahorrado varias caminatas innecesarias. También sería conveniente informar mejor sobre las paradas de bus y tranvía más cercanas y las principales conexiones. Por lo demás, mi estancia estuvo súper bien y quedé muy satisfecha.

The room was nice and the beds comfortable. Very good location, within walking distance to the city centre.

One of the beds wasn't made when we arrived, we had to go back to reception to get it sorted. The soap bottles were not full and as we were 3 guests we ran out. I don't think the room had been thoroughly cleaned as we found a lot of hairs in the bathroom... Also you have to pay to keep your bags at reception and I found it quite expensive.
