The property was amazing. Very palatial with a magnificent lobby area. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
Bedroom was very comfortable with side view of the sea.
Not much in the way of cupboard space, luckily we were only here for 3 nights on a tour of southern Thailand so living out of suitcases.

Have visited many times in the past. It is one of my most favouite hotels, It is a beautiful, well-run hotel with friendly staff. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. The pool is always super clean and warm. It has a calm ambiance which is very relaxing.

Hotel fulfilled our expectations. Excellent location along Cha-am beach with a nice beach front. Two swimming pools. Friendly staff.
The hotel is getting a little faded. Please do some renovations sooner than later.
