The property is in a great location - all parts of Ayr are easily accessible and parking was easy.
The only downside was the noise from the bars in the evening!

Clean, quiet and modern. Furnished to a high finish. Lots of great finishing touches like laundry detergent, extra blankets, a house manual with local information and a fully stocked library of various authors/genres.
Communication with Kevin was fast and easy.
