A cozy home in Langrune-sur-Mer for 6 people, just a stone's throw from the beach. Enjoy a sunny garden, a cozy patio, and a comfortable interior. The perfect spot for a vacation combining the seaside with relaxation, whether with family or friends.

This property is managed by Welcome 2 Home, a concierge service for vacation rentals that’s dedicated to its guests!


After passing through the gate, you enter the house through the foyer.

On the left, you’ll find the fully equipped open-concept kitchen:

Adjacent to the kitchen is the living area, featuring a sitting area with a sofa and TV, as well as a dining table that seats up to 8 people.

Under the stairs, you’ll find a half-bath.

Also on the first floor is a master suite with a 160-cm bed. Adjacent to the bedroom is a large shower room with a double sink and a walk-in closet.

A second bedroom with two single beds.

A small bathroom with a bathtub, sink, and a macerator toilet.

The house also features an outdoor area with a secure parking space, a patio, a barbecue, outdoor furniture, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Please note: the property has a fireplace, but it is not functional and cannot be used.

The garage area is not accessible as it is reserved for the owners.

Included: Wi-Fi, linens (sheets, towels, dish towels, bath mats), welcome kit including a roll of toilet paper, sponge, dish soap, and trash bags. For the rest of your stay, we’ll let you purchase what you need.

Check-in is normally available starting at 4:00 PM.

Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
