The Accommodation
Our spacious apartment was designed with great attention to detail so that you’ll feel right at home from the very first moment. It combines modern design, plenty of space, and practical amenities—perfect for families or groups.
The bright living and dining area invites you to relax. On the comfortable couch, you can watch movies together on the smart TV or simply wind down at the end of the day. From here, you have direct access to the large private terrace—ideal for breakfast in the fresh Black Forest air or a glass of wine in the evening.
The apartment features three separate bedrooms:
Two bedrooms with king-size double beds (1.80 m × 2.00 m)
One bedroom with two single beds (each 90 cm × 2.00 m)
In addition, the high-quality sleeper sofa with a real mattress (1.60 m × 2.00 m) in the living room can be used as a comfortable bed for two additional guests.
This means the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
The open and fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for cooking together: a stove, oven, dishwasher, and practical kitchen appliances. The adjacent dining area is perfect for relaxed meals with family or friends.
Two modern bathrooms with walk-in showers provide added comfort—ideal when several guests want to start their day at the same time.
Of course, fresh towels, shower gel, and shampoo are provided for you.

In the basement, our guests have access to a shared laundry area where the washer and dryer can be used free of charge.
Within the booked apartment, guests have unrestricted access to the entire living area.
The outdoor area is also available for use—however, we ask for mutual consideration and respect for the privacy of all guests.

With the Hochschwarzwald Card, you can experience around 100 attractions once each for free. These include museums, amusement parks, mini-golf, and a boat ride on Lake Titisee. You can purchase ski tickets for the Feldbergbahnen and the Badeparadies Schwarzwald at a discounted rate. You’ll receive the Hochschwarzwald Card from us free of charge starting with your second night’s stay.
The underground parking garage has a maximum clearance height of 1.90 m and is quite narrow due to the building’s structure.
Parking:
We recommend using smaller vehicles, as larger or longer cars in particular may have difficulty entering and maneuvering.
Alternatively, there are plenty of outdoor parking spaces available around the building.
House Rules:
Please also observe the house rules and quiet hours to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
Linens:
We provide high-quality hotel linens, which are already included in the price.
Trash:
Please sort your trash according to local guidelines and dispose of it after your stay in the designated bins in the underground parking garage.
Infants:
A crib and a high chair are available in the apartment.
Pets:
One pet is allowed upon request. We charge a fee of 12 € per night for this.
