the host was very welcoming and was available when needed. the home was clean and met all of our needs. the towels privided for the batgroom were a little small and thin. the pool towels were fine and used them instead. the pool was advertised as "HEATED". The pool was not heated. at one point the pool guy was there to clean the pool and we asked about the heater and they said there is no heater in this pool. there wasnt any real direction of how to control lights some of the fans wouldnt work with the remotes that were in the room. and the pullows were awful. over all ot waa a comfortable fun house that met all of our needs.
