Lakefront fun meets family-friendly comfort at this Lake Hartwell retreat with a deep-water dock, hot tub, game room, and endless entertainment—just minutes from Lavonia.

The Space

Welcome to your Lake Hartwell lakefront escape in the Gumlog area of Lavonia, GA—a spacious, entertainment-forward home built for unforgettable family vacations, fishing trips, and lake weekends.

This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home sleeps up to 14 guests and offers multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces so everyone can relax, play, and connect. A full professional redesign has been completed, bringing elevated interiors, a renovated kitchen with new appliances, and high-end finishes—while still delivering everything guests love about a true lake house.

Inside, you’ll find a movie-room style living area with a massive sectional and 75” TV, a dedicated game room, and thoughtful touches throughout for kids and adults alike. The layout works beautifully for multi-generational groups, with private sleeping spaces and room to spread out.

Step outside and the lake lifestyle truly shines—from morning coffee on the screened porch to night fishing under the dock lights. This home is designed to keep you outdoors and making memories.

The home is perched above the lake, which is what gives you the incredible views, privacy, and consistent deep water at the covered dock.

The walk to the dock follows a smooth concrete path that is well maintained and fully lit at night. While it is a steeper walk, we think you will agree that it’s well worth it once you arrive at the water’s edge.

Because the home sits higher on the hillside, the dock benefits from guaranteed deep water year-round, a quiet cove location, and uninterrupted lake views — a rare combination on the lake.

Please note that the path to the dock is steep, but it is smooth, concrete, and well lit, making access safe and manageable.
