The room features a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom. For stays of three guests, a single bed can be added.



Guests have access to the villa’s common areas: living room, dining room, TV room, and a kitchen in the garden, shared with other guests and the resident family. Outside, there is a large park with an Italian-style garden and a pool open from June to September.



Grassina is a 10–15 minute walk away; the uphill return is challenging.
