The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming, fully renovated 40 m² flat for rent in Boulogne-sur-Mer, situated just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, Nausicaá, the harbour and the town centre, and able to accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the ground floor of a small block of flats, this comfortable and light-filled flat combines tasteful décor, a cosy atmosphere and a few Egyptian touches to ensure a pleasant stay on the Opal Coast.
It comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room (with shower) and a garden of around 130 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A cosy 20 m² living room with a TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen, including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a sleeping area with a bunk bed (sleeps two, more suitable for children and/or teenagers)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners also provide:
- Free fibre-optic Wi-Fi
- Bed linen and towels included
- Shampoo and shower gel
- Washing machine
- Cot and high chair available on request
- Iron and ironing board available on request
