The place was perfect. 3rd year staying there and the new owner made wonderful upgrades!

The house was great! It had everything we needed and more. When we come back to the area, we will stay ther again. You should check it out!

If you are looking for a place to stay that has everything, this is it! Our party of 10 including multigenerational and teenagers, enjoyed the week. The home was clean and well stocked in the kitchen and supplies for the week. Most short term rentals leave enough paper towels in the kitchen and toilet paper for the bathrooms to make it through the first part of your stay. These simple extras were over the top! The kitchen was well stocked for cooking large meals. I always order a Walmart grocery delivery the first day of our stay, instead of going out after a long travel day. The groceries did not arrive and the order was cancelled. David surprised us with a Krispy Kreme delivery for breakfast our first morning! Who does that?!The home has a gorgeous view and is a short drive to local tourism spots.After 5 days I am normally ready to go back home, however this 7 day trip left me not wanting to leave!We did have a couple of minor things and David responded promptly and exceeded expectations!If you are looking for a short term rental near Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, this is your place!Book it! You won’t be disappointed!
