Welcome to this beautifully decorated Caribbean beach–style condo located in the desirable gated Bahama Bay Resort! This beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2-bath residence has been fully renovated and is closely located to the main pool, the kids’ splash pad, and the tennis/pickleball courts.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel transported to the Caribbean, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping throughout the resort. Located on the ground floor. The guest bedrooms with queen beds and full bathroom are located at the front of the unit, while the spacious primary bedroom featuring a king bed and a private bathroom is tucked away at the back.
Enjoy indoor-outdoor living with screened in lanais which are accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom. The perfect spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or relaxing after a fun day at the parks.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts brand-new stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops, along with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Additional amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, a 65-inch Roku TV in the living area, smaller TVs in each bedroom, air conditioning, linens and towels, and complimentary parking & Wi-Fi.

We love Bahama Bay and stay here often! This unit worked well and was nicely appointed. We enjoyed having the extra space to spreadout and having a full-size kitchen was a huge asset. This unit is on the first floor, so it's easy in and out, especially when dealing with luggage and groceries. The unit's location is near the tennis court, splash pad, and one of the two feature pools. If you stay here, make sure to take the path out to the lake right at sunset. It's a beautiful setting, and there's lots of wildlife (mostly birds) to see! Overall, it was clean and convenient. We'll stay here again!

I truly cannot say enough about Brent and his condo - his communication was stellar - beyond kind and welcoming -the upgrades of the home where noticed and appreciated , the little extras where so appreciated - he was a simple message away for any needs we may have had - we will be back - Bahama bay resort is very clean and the amenities are wonderful ! Thank you Brent -
