In the pretty village of Hermanville sur Mer, our elegant and charming house offers you an ideal setting to recharge your batteries just a stone's throw from the sea.
Caen is 15 minutes away by car, the beach is 20 minutes by foot, 5 minutes by bike and 2 minutes by car.
The accommodations are located 100 meters from the shops (bakery, butcher, mini-market....)
Whether you come for a weekend, a nature break, or a longer stay, this house is an invitation to relax.
Nestled in a small recess away from the street, L' Effet mer is an old house full of charm, a peaceful and pleasant place.
You can stop right in front of the house to drop off your luggage; afterwards, it is important to park on the street where the spaces are free. A parking lot is located at the end of the street and it is convenient to park there.
Completely renovated, the house now offers modern comfort in a refined and elegant atmosphere.
It is spread over three levels:

You will discover a large living room that is totally open.
The living room and the kitchen form a single convivial space, ideal for sharing a meal, meeting up or simply letting yourself be carried away by the warm atmosphere of the house.

The two bedrooms are nestled under the eaves.
Spacious, bright and enveloping, they offer a perfect cocoon to rest after a day in the great outdoors.

• two toilets,
• and all the necessary equipment for a pleasant and serene stay.
