A vacation home in Greetsiel’s canal district, sleeping 6 people and comfortably and modernly furnished, awaits your visit. A sunny, covered terrace with a canopy and patio furniture invites you to relax and unwind. From your private boat dock, you can explore the surrounding waterways by inflatable boat or paddleboat. Thanks to the vacation home’s prime location, you can easily reach attractions both big and small on foot or by bike while enjoying the fresh sea air.
Living area approx. 100 m², very nice, spacious living room with a 43" Metz LED Full-HD TV, satellite TV, stereo system with CD and DVD player, DSL Wi-Fi guest access available, upholstered seating area, dining area for 6 people, fully equipped kitchen: stove with ceramic cooktop, range hood, microwave, refrigerator, separate freezer with 2 compartments, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, and more.
3 bedrooms: one on the first floor with a double bed (box spring with a continuous mattress) and two on the upper floor—one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. All bedrooms have their own 32" Full HD TV. Blackout is provided by curtains only. Bedding and towels can be provided upon request for a fee.
Two bathrooms: one on the first floor and one on the upper floor, each with a shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer. The first floor has underfloor heating.
A washing machine and a clothes rack are available. There are insect screens on the windows. A high chair is also available.
A lockable garden shed with electrical outlets is located next to the main house.
One pet is welcome upon request for a fee.
