I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely book again! The studio was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The views from the 30th floor were beautiful, and the host was responsive. Overall, I had a great experience. The reason I’m giving it 9/10 instead of a perfect score comes down to two things. First, the elevator situation was very frustrating. There was only one working elevator for a 30-floor building, and I had to wait over 30 minutes multiple times just to go up or down. Staying on the 30th floor, taking the stairs wasn’t a realistic option. Second, the phone in the room wasn’t connected. There were a couple of times when I needed to contact guest services, but the room phone didn’t work, and I couldn’t find a direct number to reach anyone. It would have been nice to have a working phone or an easily accessible guest services number in case of questions or emergencies. Aside from those issues, I truly enjoyed my stay. If the elevator situation is improved and the room phone is functional, this would easily be a 10/10. I would definitely stay here again.
