No parties or large gatherings – This is a peaceful residential neighborhood, and we kindly ask guests to keep noise levels respectful at all times, especially after 10 PM.



All guests must be registered – For safety and insurance purposes, please include the full number of guests in your reservation. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.



No pets, please – While we are pet lovers, this property is designated as a pet-free home to accommodate guests with allergies and sensitivities. We ask that all guests respect this policy and the needs of future visitors.



Pets are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized pet brought onto the property will result in a $500 fee.



No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the home. A special cleaning/treatment fee will apply if smoke odors are detected.



Please remove your shoes upon entering – the hardwood floors are brand new, and we’d love to keep them looking great for everyone!



No illegal substances or activities at any time.



We are here to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Most things in this house have been upgraded but the house may still have maintenance needs at times. If you notice anything issues please don't hesitate to notify us and we will act swiftly.



Please note, Georgia’s beautiful climate also brings a variety of insects like ants, spiders, palmetto bugs, and other common outdoor pests. We maintain a regular professional pest-control service to keep the property protected, but from time to time, these little visitors may still find their way inside—especially when doors or windows are left open. This is simply part of life in the South, and we do our best to minimize their presence so you can enjoy a comfortable stay.
