This house is perfect for families with children and young people. It’s located in a spot where you can see the sea, and there’s a public beach 500 meters away that you can reach through a pine forest. It’s a quiet place where you can eat outside on the patio. It’s very peaceful. There is a garage where you’ll also find the washing machine—it’s been placed there to free up space in the bathroom. You can park either in the garage or outside. Outside, you’ll also find a hot-water shower. The bathroom is fully equipped with all fixtures, including a shower. In the kitchen, you’ll find all the necessary kitchenware, a refrigerator, a microwave, plates, pots, and cutlery. There’s a television and air conditioning.
