A cozy, centrally located 45-square-meter apartment on the first floor of a building with an elevator, accommodating up to four people.
The building is ideally located for exploring Florence, just a few minutes’ walk from the Lungarno, Santa Maria Novella Station, Piazza del Duomo, and Via Borgognissanti—a street lined with shops, bars, and restaurants, including some very well-known ones.
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), with parking available just a few minutes’ walk from the property.

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Florence Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.
