Hidden among the chestnut trees of the upper Casentino, you will find this authentic mill dating back to 1826, beautifully restored with respect for the original materials and details. The unique stone roof has been rebuilt using traditional methods and bears witness to the historical importance of the place.

Inside, the mill offers a charming mix of rustic elegance and modern comfort. The ground floor features an open-plan kitchen-dining room built around the original millstones, while the first floor offers two bedrooms and an elegant bathroom. The antique wooden furnishings and historical details create a truly special atmosphere.

Two covered terraces allow you to enjoy al fresco dining, blending perfectly into the rocky landscape. The small herb garden with rosemary, sage, and mint invites you to relax with a good book or a glass of wine.

The location is perfect for exploring the treasures of Tuscany. The charming village of Raggiolo is only 400 meters away, and the area offers the opportunity to visit the castle of Poppi, the historic monasteries of La Verna and Camaldoli, as well as the picturesque towns of Arezzo and Cortona.
