The Space:

A fully renovated open-plan home with new floors, modern finishes and natural light throughout. The living room seats the whole party, with a large smart TV and fast Wi-Fi.



Kitchen: a full-size refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, cookware and dishes, ready for anything from breakfast before the game to a full dinner at home.



Bedrooms: two bedrooms with king beds and a third with a queen, each with quality linens and ample closet space.



Baths: two fully renovated bathrooms with fresh towels provided.



The yard: a private, fully fenced outdoor space, rare this close to Downtown, for morning coffee or a quiet evening outside.



Laundry: a washer and dryer in the home.



Sleeping arrangements: the house sleeps up to eight. The two kings and the queen sleep six; a seventh and eighth guest sleep on the queen air mattress set up in the living room.

The entire home is yours: three bedrooms, two baths, the kitchen, living areas, the fenced yard and the private driveway, with free street parking out front for a second car. Keypad self check-in at any hour; your arrival details come with your booking confirmation.



The Neighborhood:

EaDo (East Downtown) sits just east of Downtown Houston, minutes from Daikin Park, Toyota Center, Shell Energy Stadium and the George R. Brown Convention Center. The neighborhood is known for its restaurants, craft breweries such as 8th Wonder, rooftop bars and murals, and the METRORail Green Line connects it to Downtown and the Theater District. The Texas Medical Center is about 15 minutes away, Hobby Airport about 20, and Bush Intercontinental about 25.



Getting Around:

Daikin Park (Astros) and Shell Energy Stadium (Dynamo) 5 min. Toyota Center (Rockets) and 713 Music Hall 6 min. Downtown 8 to 10 min. NRG Stadium 12 min (not walkable). Texas Medical Center 15 min. Hobby (HOU) 20 min; Bush Intercontinental (IAH) 25 min. Immediate access to I-69, I-10 and Loop 610, and the METRORail Green Line nearby connects to Downtown and the Theater District. Rideshare to the stadiums runs $8 to $12. The driveway is yours, with free street parking for a second car.

A few things to know before booking: This is a quiet residential neighborhood, we ask guests to be respectful of neighbors, especially outdoors in the evening. No parties or events. The backyard is fully fenced but please supervise children outside. Self check-in means you're never waiting on anyone to arrive. You'll be minutes from Daikin Park, the Toyota Center, downtown, and EaDo's bars and restaurants, driving is easiest, and rideshares to the stadiums run about 5–10 minutes.
