Common entrance, Shared free laundry located in basement. 1st floor living area, King bed bedroom. Steps down into the kitchen Roku TV. Parking is free in driveway and first come first serve-there are 6 spots. Additional free parking located on the street alternating nights- please read street signs as what side to park- we do not reimburse for parking tickets.
Guest Access:
You'll have access to the whole apartment. The building has 8 apartments in total with quiet and respectful neighbors. Please abide by our quiet hours of 10pm-8am so that everyone may enjoy their stay

Historic, scenic, peaceful. The quaint East Avenue Neighborhood is nestled away in a quiet corner of Rochester. Close to bars, restaurants, coffee shops and great walking Many old brick homes have been beautifully converted and some remain as elegant, single-family homes. East avenue is Rochester most expensive and historic neighborhood
