Ker Rita A warm and elegant family home, located on a very quiet street between Crozon and Morgat, a stone's throw from a lovely manor house. Built in 1925, it is still full of life, stories, and memories. For nearly two and a half years, we have been renovating it as a family, with a lot of time, energy, and heart. The wooded and landscaped garden surrounding "Ker Rita" is a veritable living painting, conceived and imagined in the 1950s by our grandfather.

As with the house, we wanted to preserve the spirit of the place, respecting its natural balance.

Over the years, the trees have grown and the garden has flourished. We have always taken care of it so that it retains its original beauty. Today, this large garden is enhanced by a pétanque court that we recently created, as well as small paths and numerous secluded spots for solitude, reading, or relaxation. An ideal place to enjoy the peace and quiet, share moments with family or friends, and reconnect with nature 🌿💛 The story of Ker Rita Ker Rita is a family adventure, the house of our grandparents, and the happy memories of summer holidays spent on Crozon Peninsula. And here, the sea is never far away... With my sister Cathy, we redesigned this house together, blending our ideas, inspirations, and desires to create warm, harmonious, and elegant shared living spaces, while preserving the soul of the house.
