Villino Le Sirene is a beautiful home for those who love the sea. It features a furnished terrace with a view of the sea and an awning. Both the dining room/living room and the master bedroom have large windows facing the sea.
The second bedroom has two beds.
The kitchen is a full-sized kitchen with a table, a large sink, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, an oven, and a refrigerator; it is stocked with dishes, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, and oil.
The bathroom has a shower and a bidet and is equipped with towels for each guest, soap, shower gel, shampoo, and a hair dryer.
The courtyard is very spacious and can accommodate up to 3 cars.
The garden also features a veranda furnished with a table, chairs, and a refrigerator. You’ll find a designated area for the washing machine, clotheslines, and a drying rack for hanging laundry, as well as an ironing board and iron.
Just a few meters’ walk from the house is the golden-sand beach, which offers both free access and beach clubs; also just a few meters away are bars, restaurants, grocery stores, a hair salon, a beauty salon, a tobacco shop, a newsstand, and other services.
The cottage is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.
In front of the cottage is access to the waterfront promenade, featuring a sidewalk and a coastal bike path that leads to the historic center of Anzio (about a 4-km route).
The city of Rome is about an hour’s drive away.
Also about an hour’s drive away are the Riviera di Ulisse, the Castelli Romani, Villa d’Este, the Giardino di Ninfa, and other splendid natural and historical attractions in the Lazio region.
