Airy room with a fan, close to the main attractions of Minas Gerais. Strategic location, near a bakery, supermarket, PUC (Pontifical Catholic University), EXPOMINAS (a local event venue), ARENA DO GALO (a stadium), and other important points. There are docile pets in the house, but they stay in their own space. Currently, the house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are available for rent. The house rules are simple: • After 10 PM, avoid noise. • If you arrive in the early morning, please be quiet and respect the rest of the other guests. • Do not consume alcoholic beverages inside the house. • Do not stay on the balcony for too long.
