Beautiful house inside. Thank you for being dog friendly! Wifi was very good. Kitchen and living area are really nice, bosch appliances, well equipped, large windows. Nice view of Mt Washington. Great bathrooms on each level make the house very do-able for 3 couples.As with many house rentals, this one is a little quirky, the stairs up from the garage are very steep, and the usable outside area is small and unkempt. There is no ground access to the deck.

This house is amazing. We stayed at 6 different properties on our trip and this was far and away our favourite. Its better than the pictures and the kitchen and beds are excellent. Small downsides are the top bunk has no sides so wasn't usable for us and the firepit was very unlike the pictures - overgrown and not enjoyably useable. There's very little offered by the management company in terms of your stay / arrival but when I had to message out of hours for an issue with the door, they were very responsive and helpful. We did also try to extend the stay by arriving a night early but the company wanted around double the nightly rate to add this on, which I found to be confusing and a shame if it was empty anyway. All in all though, we loved it and would absolutely stay again.

Pans had dry food in them. Stains on sofas. Stains on rugs. Rugs falling apart.The place is nice, just needed a good cleaning. Garbage left in garage and had a bad smell.
