Most magical during the winter season, the condo is within walking distance of the lifts at Steamboat Ski Resort. For additional skiing opportunities, the Howelsen Hill Ski Area is only 3.5 miles up the road. During the warmer months of the year, enjoy the area's abundance of hiking trails and scenic viewpoints! Popular attractions like Yampa River Botanic Park, Haymaker Golf Course, and Fish Creek Falls are all less than six miles from your stay.
On-site amenities at the condo include a hot tub and grilling area, extending your time spent amidst the mountain breeze!
Composed of high ceilings, ski mementos, and modern appliances, the interior of Kutuk 206 is a place of pure peace. Warm your toes in front of the living room's fireplace as you catch up on your favorite TV show or movie. When hunger arises, the full kitchen boasts a full suite of appliances and ample meal prep space.
With personal TVs and soft linens in both the bedrooms and loft, everyone will be satisfied with their sleeping quarters. Additional amenities include a private washer/dryer, internet access, and a scenic balcony.

The property manager was amazing! She was so helpful on every question we had and was so sweet! The lodging was perfect for our family of 7. Plenty of room and beautiful view. Easy walk to the slopes. We crossed the street and then skied to the gondola. So convenient. Very clean and gorgeous place too. Highly recommend!

We pulled up and thought where are we going to park?! After checking in we were shown the parking garage! There was road construction, but that did not affect our stay. The views were great! The walk to the nearby ski square was nice, and we loved the hot tubs! The outdoor grills were very clean and we used them for most of our meals. The room was very clean had everything we needed or wanted…even an air fryer! The room itself was a little bit warm (I don’t think there was AC), but it cooled nicely at night and through the day as we used the provided fans. It fit us all nicely, and we would definitely stay here again!

Loved the space (vaulted ceilings), the views, quality furnishings, kitchen appliances, number of beds and bathrooms. Often times rental units' photos appear better than actual unit. That's not the case here. I was even more impressed in person. This unit has its own washer and dryer which is really nice. I would definitely stay here again for summer or winter ski trip.

Perfect for our family and some friends to enjoy the slopes. Conveniently located with
hot tub, firepit and grills. We really enjoyed our time and the communication was awesome. Thank you!
