This was a beautiful home and close to Sunday River, with breathing views. It was really comfortable for our group of 10 with four children. However, the driveway to get to the house is long and steep. In the winter might not be possible without four-wheel-drive (some of our group got stuck). In addition, communication with the property management was inconsistent and it often took multiple days for them to get back to us - despite time sensitive questions. Finally, the house is filled with ladybugs - to the point where we had to cover our food if we stepped away for a few minutes to avoid them flying into it. Definitely need an exterminator!Overall a solid option but definitely not the easiest stay we've had.
