Inside, you’ll find a bright, comfortable space designed for relaxing after long beach days—with high-speed WiFi, central air, and thoughtful touches throughout. The home is filled with local photography celebrating the Brunswick Islands, bringing the coastal vibe indoors.

The backyard is built for memory-making:
• A full kids’ playground (climbing wall, slide, swings, trapeze swing)
• A putting green for all ages
• Firepit + string lights for cozy evenings
• Hammock, porch swings, and rocking chairs for unwinding
Rinse off in the outdoor shower, grab a drink, and settle in for golden hour.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 8)
• Main Bedroom: Queen bed, newly remodeled private bathroom (shower/tub), and a private balcony facing the Intracoastal Waterway.
• Second Bedroom: Twin-over-Full bunk bed, a trundle, and a twin bed sleeping nook. Features a newly remodeled bathroom with a shower and a private balcony with a swing.
• Living Room: Full-size sleeper sofa and a Roku TV for extra sleeping space and entertainment.
• Linen and towels included with each stay!
KITCHEN & DINING
• Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need (including kid-friendly dishes)

Great stay! Clean house, helpful host, steps away from the beach. Perfect place to stay with kids.

The home was perfect and had everything you could need including baby items. There were so many things for the kids to do to keep them busy while at the home. The owners are quick to respond if you have any issues or just need some insight on things. We will definitely be staying again.

We had a fantastic weekend with close friends and our kids. There was a possible issue prior to check in and the host was proactive about letting us know. There are more than enough supplies for even a long stay. The yard games were a hit! I am a clean freak and have ZERO items to report. Haha. We visit Holden around 30 days a year and look forward to our next stay!
