Host was welcoming, house was very functional and cozy, we really enjoyed our stay

Perfect for our needs! Clean. Comfortable. Convenient location. Well stocked with helpful supplies. Many thoughtful touches. A

Awesome place to stay! Spacious, king sized bed AND window AC units in each bedroom!! House has everything you need! The only improvement needed is the deck is a bit sketchy and our dog stepped on a rotting out slat and cut his leg. We would go back though!!

Dated but adequate house close to South Fork, Del Norte and Creede. The listing specified A/C but there was none. Pretty warm the first night but by the time we woke up the next morning it was quite chilly outside. The front deck needs replacing- very uneven boards with nails popping up, etc. the email instructions for unlocking the door were incorrect. The 10-digit door code was frustrating; I personally prefer the ones that are the last 4 digits of my cell phone. But it was very quiet and had all the kitchen supplies and coffee necessary.
