Enjoy a relaxing stay at the Moritz vacation rental, a welcoming accommodation in a quiet location that offers the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation. Located in Neddesitz on the island of Rügen, this first-floor apartment welcomes you with 68 square meters of living space, featuring a well-thought-out layout. With a total of two rooms, including one bedroom, the apartment offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to four people, making it the perfect choice for families and guests who value privacy and relaxation. Of particular note is its pet-friendly policy: you’re allowed to bring up to two pets, so your dog can accompany you during your stay. The vacation rental features an open-concept kitchen that flows directly into the living area and is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a kettle. A refrigerator with an integrated freezer compartment offers plenty of space for your food. The living area has tile flooring and invites you to relax with a cozy sofa corner—which also serves as a sleeping area—a TV, and a radio. A separate dining area provides the ideal setting for shared meals. The bathroom is functionally furnished with a shower, a toilet, a hair dryer, a mirror, and a sink. Central heating, free Wi-Fi, and a desk provide additional comfort—perfect if you need to stay reachable or want to be productive even while on vacation. On warm days, the balcony—complete with garden furniture—invites you to enjoy the fresh air in a private setting. An initial supply of bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, and dish towels is already included in the price. Practical amenities such as a vacuum cleaner, cleaning supplies, and a coat rack round out the offerings. A free parking space is available right next to the house. Since the surrounding area requires a certain degree of mobility, a car is recommended for your arrival and for exploring the region. The location offers a wide range of recreational activities, such as hiking, biking, horseback riding, walking, or sports like Nordic walking and jogging. In the surrounding area, you’ll also find options for wellness, swimming, sailing, fishing, and more. The region is also attractive for families, as playgrounds and a zoo are within easy reach. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and smoke detectors are installed for safety. Book your stay at the Moritz vacation rental and enjoy a relaxing time on Rügen.
