The central location is a real highlight: just 500 m from the sandy beach, not far from the pier, restaurants serving local and international cuisine, and a wide variety of shopping options. On the second floor of the building, we welcome you to 50 square meters of space for the best time of the year—your vacation. The heart of the apartment is the bright living and dining area with direct access to the balcony. Here you’ll find a cozy seating area with a pull-out couch and a recliner—ideal for relaxing evenings. A special highlight is the fireplace, which creates a warm and cozy atmosphere. The dining area, with its cozy corner bench, invites you to enjoy meals together. The compact, well-integrated kitchen offers everything you’ll need for your stay (refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, stove with cooktop). The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, so you can start each new day of your vacation well-rested and refreshed. Thanks to blackout pleated blinds and curtains, you can retreat for a nap at any time of day. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and a hair dryer. The small storage closet (with a vacuum cleaner, clothes dryer, etc.) provides additional storage space.
