Wake up to the sound of the sea and open the balcony door to a view that will define your entire vacation: the island of Krapanj, the calm waters of the Adriatic, boats passing by—right in front of you from morning until sunset.

The Location
Vila Santa is located right on the waterfront in Brodarica, a small coastal town south of Šibenik. The apartment offers unobstructed ocean views from both balconies.
Brodarica itself is quiet, compact, and authentically Dalmatian. No crowds of tourists, no noise—but restaurants, a supermarket, and the ferry terminal to Krapanj Island are all within walking distance. The ferry ride to Krapanj takes just a few minutes and is well worth it: the island is one of the smallest inhabited islands in the Adriatic and is known for its centuries-old tradition of sponge diving.

The Balconies
What makes this apartment special are the two balconies with direct ocean views—one facing the quiet morning side, the other facing the evening sun. Breakfast with a view of the water, the sunset over the Adriatic in the evening—both without even getting up. The balconies are the true centerpiece of this apartment.

The Apartment
The apartment offers 55 m² of space for up to 4 guests. The kitchen, living area, and bedroom are bright and functionally furnished—the ocean view accompanies you throughout the entire apartment. Amenities include:

• Air conditioning
• High-speed Wi-Fi
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Free parking right next to the building
• Bicycles for trips along the coast
• Beach gear (inflatable mattresses, beach accessories)

The Surroundings
Brodarica is ideally situated between the coast and the inland. Šibenik, with its impressive Old Town and the UNESCO-protected Cathedral of St. James, is just a few minutes away. Krka National Park, with its famous waterfalls, is about a 20-minute drive away—a perfect destination for a day trip. For those who prefer to stay by the water: jet skis, boat rentals, and other water sports are available in the immediate vicinity.

Ideal for couples and small families seeking tranquility, direct access to the sea, and an authentic Dalmatian experience—without sacrificing comfort. Those looking to relax will find everything they need here. Those who want to be active have Šibenik, Krka, and the coastal road right on their doorstep.?
