The apartment “La Finestra sul Lago” offers one of the most enchanting views of Lake Garda: your gaze stretches over the charming Church of San Lorenzo, the rooftops of the historic center, and the blue waters of the lake, which change color throughout the day.

Located on the first floor of a building in the heart of the historic center of the Olzano district, it combines a prime location with the tranquility of a cozy and thoughtfully designed space. Renovated in 2026, it is bright, fresh, and furnished in an elegant, minimalist style. It is the ideal choice for a couple looking to slow down and enjoy a relaxing stay, with everything within easy reach.

With approximately 45 sqm, the apartment is designed for 2 guests and offers well-organized spaces: a living area with sofa and kitchenette, perfect for relaxing moments, and a welcoming double bedroom with a private bathroom and shower, ensuring comfort and privacy.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, fridge with freezer, drip coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and microwave-grill. The apartment also features Wi-Fi, TV, heating, and air conditioning (both available at an extra cost).

For your car, there is a private car park about 300 metres far away from the apartment.

Sports enthusiasts will find numerous opportunities nearby: the municipal swimming pool, the possibility of renting mountain bikes and e-bikes at Tabaccheria Ferrero, and for water sports enthusiasts, sailing and surfing about 8 km away at Tignale Port. Golf lovers can reach Golf Bogliaco, located approximately 13 km away.

Upon check-in, our guests will receive two cards, the TIGNALE CARD and the THEATER HOME CARD, which offer various discounts, such as:

• Guided hikes

• Free shuttle service to and from the beach from Easter to October

• Free entrance to the municipal swimming pool (June to August)
