Each level offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, along with a discreetly enclosed laundry area. Bedrooms are arranged with two queen beds and one full on each floor, providing comfortable accommodations for up to eighteen guests in total. Bathrooms carry marble accents and classic coastal finishes that echo the home’s understated elegance.
Mornings begin with a short walk to Corner Café or The Coffee Grinder on Bowen’s Wharf. Spend afternoons exploring Thames Street boutiques and local galleries, or take a sail from the harbor nearby. Getting around is easy and enjoyable. Most of our homes are located in residential areas where you can walk, bike, ride a scooter, or rent a golf cart to explore. The islands are relatively small, and with a 25 mph speed limit on most streets, the area stays safe, family-friendly, and relaxed.

One vehicle per guest is permitted. Parking is available in the lot at the top of the street, across from Emmanuel Church, in the spaces marked for resident parking. A parking placard is provided for your stay and must be displayed on your rearview mirror while parked. The placard must be returned before departure to avoid a replacement fee.
