Located near the magnificent beach of Les Huttes, this pleasant single-storey house is ideal for holidays with family or friends on the island of Oléron. Its privileged location allows you to quickly enjoy the ocean, bike rides and the large natural spaces that make this area of the island famous.�PGJyPgThe house consists of four rooms, including three comfortable bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people. You will find a first bedroom equipped with two 80 cm mattresses joined together to form a large bed, a second bedroom with a bunk bed, as well as a third bedroom with a 140 cm double bed.
The convivial living space includes a living room with flat screen TV and TNT as well as a kitchen equipped to prepare your meals with ease. It has a fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a hood, as well as all the necessary crockery, cutlery and utensils. A raclette machine is also at your disposal to share pleasant moments with your family. Board games, a radio and a baby cot complete the equipment of the accommodation.
Outside, you will enjoy an enclosed garden and a pleasant courtyard furnished with terrace furniture. A barbecue is available for outdoor dining after a day at the beach.
