Casa Palmares offers comfortable spaces across multiple levels, from its inviting living areas to a rooftop terrace made for enjoying La Paz sunsets. The home has three full bathrooms and three half bathrooms, with air conditioning throughout.

Please note: The property does not have an elevator. Stairs are required to reach the bedrooms on the first floor and the rooftop terrace. The Jacuzzi is currently out of service.

Bedrooms and living spaces

Primary bedroom — first floor: King bed, Smart TV, private balcony, full bathroom, and dressing room. An adjoining den can be arranged with two twin beds or one king bed. It shares the bedroom’s entrance and bathroom, making it especially convenient for children or teens staying with their parents.

Second bedroom — first floor: Queen bed, wardrobe, workspace, and an adjacent full bathroom.

Third bedroom — first floor: Queen bed and wardrobe. Its adjacent full bathroom is shared with the TV room.

TV room — first floor: A comfortable space for reading or watching movies. If requested before arrival, it can be set up as a bedroom with two twin beds.

Studio — ground floor: Smart TV, desk, and a pull-out sofa that converts into two twin beds. A half bathroom is nearby and shared with the ground-floor living areas.

Living and dining areas — ground floor: Spacious places to gather, with a bar alongside the living area.

Kitchen — ground floor: Fully equipped for preparing meals, with an adjoining breakfast area.

Rooftop terrace: An outdoor dining area beneath the palapa, an open-air kitchen with a Viking grill and burners, and seating for relaxing together. The enclosed, air-conditioned bar has a refrigerator, a 70-inch Smart TV, and a home theater system There are also two half bathrooms on this level. The rooftop is accessible by stairs only; there is no elevator.

The home has an automated garage for one car, and free street parking is available nearby.

The La Paz area

La Paz brings together waterfront walks, local restaurants, desert landscapes, and access to the Sea of Cortés. Casa Palmares is about 50 yards from the waterfront and close to the Malecón, making it a convenient base for exploring the city.
Spend an afternoon trying local seafood, stroll through the historic center, or plan a day trip to beaches and nearby towns. Depending on the season and availability, you can also arrange boat trips and other outdoor activities. If you would like help planning an outing, we’ll be happy to share options.

Getting around

Casa Palmares is centrally located, with taxis and ride-hailing services available in La Paz. A rental car is helpful if you plan to visit beaches such as Balandra or explore Todos Santos, El Pescadero, El Triunfo, and La Ventana. We recommend reserving a car in advance if you plan to rent one.
