Welcome to this comfortable, warm and inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo nestled in the heart of Tahoe Donner. As a top-floor unit, you won't hear neighbors above you, and the location within the complex is one of the best — set back from the main road with a peaceful greenbelt and forest backdrop that gives you more privacy and quiet than most units in the association. Downtown Truckee is just minutes away, and the surrounding Sierra Nevada scenery makes this a wonderful home base any time of year.

The condo is fully furnished and thoughtfully stocked, with an open living and dining area centered around a cozy gas fireplace with a river stone surround. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, and the spacious deck offers lovely views of the trees and greenbelt along with a gas grill — a great spot to relax whether it's a warm summer evening or a crisp winter afternoon. Three bedrooms — a king master suite and two additional rooms with queen beds — comfortably sleep up to six guests, and the unit also includes two full bathrooms, an in-unit washer/dryer, and a one-car garage.

Tahoe Donner is a large, well-maintained resort community with a wide range of amenities, including a downhill ski area, cross-country skiing and snowplay, an 18-hole golf course, pool complexes, a beach club on Donner Lake, tennis and pickleball courts, hiking trails, and several on-site restaurants. These amenities are available to guests for a small fee charged by the HOA. Please coordinate access in advance with the owner. Beyond the community itself, Northstar California and Palisades Tahoe are both within a short drive, and historic downtown Truckee offers great dining, shopping, and year-round events. It's a genuinely special place to stay in the Sierra Nevada.
