This house is located on the banks of the Vilaine, which allows you to escape directly through the garden to join the footpaths that lead to the banks of the river. The 800 m2 garden is not enclosed. The slipway located 3 minutes walk away gives the place a port atmosphere, despite its location in the countryside. 1 Km from the Arzal dam, and 7 Km from the beaches of Penestin, this location between sea and countryside offers all possibilities: swimming and beaches, walks along the Vilaine and in the beautiful surrounding countryside on the forest paths, or simply enjoy a quiet and bright garden to rest!
