Welcome to the Maison de la Boirie, a pleasant single-storey house ideally located in the heart of Saint-Denis-d'Oléron, just a few steps from the beach and shops. Perfect for holidays with family or friends, it can accommodate up to 6 people in a comfortable and practical setting.
The house is organized around a friendly living room with a fully equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, gas hob, hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso capsule coffee maker, kettle and everything you need for daily cooking. A washing machine completes the equipment.
On the night side, two bedrooms each have a 140 cm double bed and storage space, while a third bedroom is equipped with two 90 cm single beds. A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete the layout.
Outside, you will enjoy a large enclosed garden of approximately 500 m² with terrace, garden furniture, sunbeds, parasol, solid barbecue and table tennis, ideal for sharing convivial moments in the open air.
Parking is private on the property. The accommodations are non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels can be booked at an additional cost with the concierge before your arrival. A dedicated concierge service will accompany you throughout your stay.
For reasons of safety and protection of electrical installations, it is strictly forbidden to charge an electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle on the property's sockets.
