The property was cozy and comfortable and the location is just perfect if you're skiing Loveland. The little Georgetown downtown was nice as well for an afternoon although there isn't a ton to see.As other reviews noted, there are some stains on the carpets (though the carpets themselves were clean) and the furniture downstairs could use a steam cleaning. Otherwise everything looked to be in good shape.For parking, I was able to fit my Rivian truck (like Ford Ranger in size) inside the garage although it was a bit tight. A full size truck wouldn't fit.The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and working great!One note on noise: the neighborhood is lovely and quiet though you DO hear the highway even with windows closed. It's not all that loud but if that kind of thing bothers you, ear plugs or a white noise maker would be good. We also had a wind storm go through and THAT was very loud, but not much anyone can do about that.The lake is also lovely and there's a nice walking path near the brewery 5 minutes walk.

Management company was great to work with. All rooms were very clean. Carpet needs some deep cleaning in spots. Lake was beautiful. Location overall very nice! We had a nice stay. Would stay there again.

The management company was very responsive and helpful when we needed a few things, which we really appreciated. The only downside was that the property wasn’t as well stocked or as clean as I would’ve hoped. It wasn’t terrible by any means, but it could’ve used a bit more attention to detail, particularly the lack of dishware and the condition of the upstairs carpet.
