I was hesitant at first because of the few reviews, but this place blew me away. Check-in, check-out and parking were effortless, the location is great, the place was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
When a Booking.com error caused a cleaning fee issue, the hosts covered it themselves without me ever having to worry about it. That's true hospitality.
Highly recommend! I'll definitely be back next time I'm in Nashville.
