With its high-quality furnishings spread across 40 square meters, this ground-floor vacation rental instantly puts you in a vacation mood on the beautiful Baltic Sea. The apartment stands out for its attention to detail and high-quality amenities. But the location is also sure to win over sun-seeking guests: it’s just 50 meters to the Baltic Sea and the kilometer-long beach promenade. And yet you’ll enjoy a quiet stay in a second-row location. A parking space and bike storage are available right next to the house.
Living and Cooking
The living room was renovated in 2020 and furnished with high-quality furniture. The sofa is a pull-out and can be used as an additional sleeping option. From the living room, you have direct access to the sheltered patio. The built-in kitchenette features a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. You can make your coffee using either a Tchibo or Senseo coffee machine or a drip coffee maker. The dining area is located right next to the kitchen, making it very convenient. A washing machine and a coin-operated dryer are available in the attic of the house.
Bedroom
After an eventful day, you’ll find a double bed in a quiet bedroom where you can dream and relax. A spacious closet provides ample storage space for your clothes. A flat-screen TV lets you enjoy cozy evenings watching TV in bed.
