This tiny Island was formerly a Harbor for Commercial Fishermen that was converted to Waterfront Homes. You can watch Herons, Eagles, and Egrets fish for their morning meal on the furnished balcony - or even from the sofa! With Free Wifi, Central AC, and Flat Screen Smart TV, it’s the perfect place to gather. A convenient Half Bath beautifully done with Shiplap is just off the Living Area.

The Chef in your family will love the Well-Stocked Kitchen with all the comforts of home. We just love the beachy blues and crisp whites, and its wide open feel. With its own Private Furnished Balcony, you can slip out to catch sunrises or sunsets, or just to take in that intoxicating salt air. The Primary Attached Full Bath is also dressed in Shiplap, and has a Double Vanity and Tub/Shower Combo.

Making your way to the 3rd Floor, you’ll find huge Bedroom 2, which sleeps 4. With a Queen Bed and a Twin Bed with Twin Trundle, it’s a great hangout for the kids - or the kid in you! There’s also a Flat Screen Smart TV and yet another Balcony with jaw-dropping Views.
