Very cozy. Friendly and relaxing environment

My husband and I took our first kids free get away In 5 years. Due to the weather the previous weekend we changed our designation to Helen, GA. We were NOT DISAPPOINTED with this home at all. The home was very easy to get to, the neighboring house, while they were a little closer than we wanted, the area was very quiet and peaceful. The house was very clean and identical to the pictures that were provided. The only thing that we were not aware of, was that VACASA was the property management company and ended up having to call because I received emails from both VRBO and VACASA, but no issues after finding out this information. We only wish we would have stayed longer.

The cabin was very spacious and beautiful. The pool table was a definite plus!

Very nice home with great space and a good location. We would give this a much higher review if it weren’t for the impersonal feeling and communication. All questions we received prompt responses but were clearly done by a service that was removed from the property and not familiar enough for a truly valuable response. If you want an experience where an owner that really knows the property and can give meaningful responses this is not the place. Property mgmt companies like those managing this place have taken away from the quality and intimacy of what this should be about. We received responses from 5 different people that were not communicating in collaboration. Frustrating as we typically get real time feedback and support from the owner that can actually add value. Take away the property mgmt company, we’d love this place and come back. But…we won’t.
