With amazing views of the pond from multiple vantage points, this charming condo is a sure bet for your next coastal vacation. The open floor plan offers an updated interior with plush furnishings and coastal-themed decor. The full kitchen has all you need to whip up your favorite beach snacks, including stainless steel appliances and helpful gadgets.
Located in the Sea Colony resort community, guests enjoy access to shared amenities such as the half-mile private beach, 12 pools (two indoor), world-class tennis, fitness centers, family-friendly activities, a seasonal shuttle, and year-round security. Added perks include high-speed WiFi, four TVs with cable, and board games.
THINGS TO KNOW
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.
The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

Was clean, well maintained, and at the end of a cul-de-sac. Is on the second floor. Solid place to enjoy Sea Colony!
