The location is good being on the beach and close to town. The soaps, towels and bedding were comfortable. Kitchen had good equipment but was missing a simple toaster.

The unit needs to be updated and deep cleaned. The sofa and rugs/carpet need steam cleaned as they are filthy and have stains. The cable boxes are dangling from the TV when I small shelf would make it more neat and less precarious. The queen beds need a head board and the electrical outlets are not easily accessible near the bed. A simple USB clock or light would make it more convenient. The downstairs toilet runs constantly and the master bedroom blinds needs a wand to twist- not a piece of paper towel. We have stayed in other Tahoe properties and paid a premium for this one. A little more attention to detail and updates would make the stay much more enjoyable.
