The location is very good

I have been with Booking for long time, but this is my first experience on something not expected; l complaint about our bed not even or damaged because was old and also to change our towels, but when l requested in the front desk, they told me that our room was not belong to their hotel and l have to request to the third party owner!!! It was disappointed to know that hotel has a different people owning rooms so we can not ask for the service in the same hotel. And we didn't know whom to contact. Other than that people who work in the hotel were nice, including breakfast and the hotel is in a good location and has a great statue and good memories of KING PELE, who was a soccer idol in our family.
