Property was secure, easy to find and very central. The apartment was clean and modern with comfortable beds and a lovely spacious sitting area. The owners are lovely and very attentive. We loved how central the property was especially for the price, we will return.
Due to how central the property is we found it noisy in the mornings although this didn’t affect our stay.

Fabulous location, right in the centre of York. Great facilities, very clean and excellent value for money. Easy to access and lots of communication from the hosts.
Due to its central location, it was noisy at night but earplugs were supplied!

Video given explaining how to get to property, and clear instructions.
Location of property was great for accessing tourist locations.
Apartment was very clean.
Some maintenance issues were found in the property such as the sinks not draining properly, windows missing handles which were unscrewed and left next to the window.
Second room has quite a small gap between bed and wall.
