The beds were very comfortable and the pictures are exactly how the place is. There was a full size washer and dryer with detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets. The apartment was clean and located near a big Walmart plaza with alot of shops and restaurants. We were in town for ASU homecoming weekend, we were able to get to the school quickly. The dining table is a good size to be able to eat at and we played some board games. The couches were comfortable as well! The kitchen was well stocked with plates, cups, etc. Towels/wash cloths were provided and some body wash, I would bring your own in the event you like extra towels.

It is a first floor unit, so you do hear the tenants above you, but it was only once...I haven't lived in an apartment in a long time, so I forgot what that is like..lol.

GREAT LOCATION, PLENTY OF PARKING FOR MY GUYS WHO HAD TO DRIVE THEIR WORK TRUCKS IN. SAFE LOCATION AND EASILY ACCESSIBLE.
